<html><h2>read_file</h2> <strong>read_file($file,$timeout=COMMAND_TIME,$encoding="windows-1251");</strong> - read the specified file<br><br>The function accepts parameters as input:<br><br><li><font color=green>$file</font> – path to the file to read. It can be either absolute or relative (relative to the script folder).<br><li><font color=green>$encoding</font> – encoding in which the result of reading the file will be returned<br><li><font color=green>$timeout</font> – the maximum time to perform this operation (in seconds), by default - 60 seconds, if the operation is not completed during this time, the script continues to run further.<br><br>After testing, the function returns the result of its work to the script :<br><li><font color=blue>content</font> – the content of the file in the specified encoding<li><font color=blue>false</font> – the operation is not performed (the file is not found)<br><br></html>
