get_size

get_size($path); - this function is used to get the file size (in bytes)

the input Function accepts parameters:

  • $path – path to the file to get the size of (string). It can be either absolute or relative (relative to the script folder).

    After testing, the function returns the result of its work to the script :
  • size – the size of the specified file (in bytes) (string)
  • false – there is no such file (boolean)

    PHP example: file_os->".basename(__FILE__)."
