set_system

set_system($path,$on=true); - this function is used to change the SYSTEM attribute of the specified file

The function accepts parameters as input:

  • $path – path to the file that we want to change the attribute (string) for. It can be either absolute or relative (relative to the script folder).
  • $on – flag for the attribute, if true, the attribute will be set, and if false - unchecked (boolean).

    After testing, the function returns the result of its work to the script :
  • true – successfully changed (boolean)
  • false – there is no such file (boolean)

    PHP example:

    <?php $xhe_host = "127.0.0.1:7010";

    //connect the object to control the emulator, if not already connected
    if(!isset($path))
       $path = "../../../Templates/xweb_human_emulator.php";
    require($path);

    //Start
    echo "<hr> <font color = blue> file_os->".basename(__FILE__)."</font> <hr>";

    //1
    echo "1.Check the 'system' attribute for the file:";
    echo $file_os->is_system("test \ test1.txt")."<br>";

    //2
    echo "2.Remove the 'system' attribute for the file:";
    echo $file_os->set_system("test \ test1.txt", false)."<br>";

    //3
    echo "3.Check the 'system' attribute for the file:";
    if(!$file_os->is_system("test \ test1.txt"))
    echo "not system <br>";

    //4
    echo "4.Set the 'system' attribute for the file:";
    echo $file_os->set_system("test \ test1.txt", true)."<br>";

    //end
    echo "<hr> <br>";

    //Quit
    $app->quit();
    ?>

    Python example:

    # Additional paths
    import sys
    sys.path.insert(0, '../../../Templates PY/')

    xhe_host = "127.0.0.1:7010"
    from xweb_human_emulator import *

    # Start
    echo("<hr> <font color = blue> file_os.xxxxxxxxx </font> <hr>")

    # 1
    echo("1.Check 'system' attribute for file:")
    echo(file_os.is_system("test \ test1.txt"), "<br>")

    # 2
    echo("2.Remove 'system' attribute for file:")
    echo(file_os.set_system("test \ test1.txt", false), "<br>")

    # 3
    echo("3.Check 'system' attribute for file:")
    if not file_os.is_system("test \ test1.txt"):
         echo("not system <br>")

    # 4
    echo("4.Set the 'system' attribute for the file:")
    echo(file_os.set_system("test \ test1.txt", true), "<br>")

    # end
    echo("<hr> <br>")

    # Quit
    app.quit()
